The breakfast buffet had a vast array of options and was consistently well-stocked I really appreciated this. My room was spacious and featured very high ceilings. This added to the comfort. I found complimentary snacks and water available throughout the hotel. This was a great bonus.

convenient location attentive staff super clean room
The location proved convenient close to major attractions. I found the staff attentive and always ready to assist with any request. The cleanliness of the facilities impressed me. My room was well-kept and super clean.
I noticed that the rooftop pool was quite small, which limited space for lounging. It became crowded easily and it affected the experience.

The hotel is near Plaza de Mayo. This allowed easy access to historical sites. Multiple metro stations are within WALKING distance, providing convenient transportation options all around the city. Proximity to key landmarks added significant value.

My superior double room had quiet comfortable ammenities. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries. This added convenience. The air conditioning worked very well and maintained a consistently comfortable temperature.

Staff members were available at the front desk 24/7, ensuring someone was always available. The hotel offered prompt room service, very convenient. The staff spoke good english! and were really helpful.

the location was CENTRALLY located near Plaza de Mayo. The staff, including Ana at the front desk, were helpful. We had clean and good guest room service. The location made it easy to walk to attractions.

air conditioning reliable wifi rooftop pool
the room had air conditioning, a detail i appreciated a lot. the wifi worked perfectly, i could stream videos without issues. the rooftop pool was a great addition, i even took some good pictures (the view was excellent!).
the elevator sometimes took a while.

The location was quite central. It made exploring the area easy. my room, a standard double or twin room, was clean. the breakfast had a good variety of options. i found the staff helpful when i needed directions.
The air conditioning unit in my room was rather noisy. it made it difficult to sleep well at night. the front desk seemed understaffed. There were often long queues. the city tax felt a bit steep after a few nights.
